"Follow" is not exactly an accurate termHow I think paganism works for me
I believe that
all things have a Divine nature. Life is the universes attempt to understand
itself. I know that the totality of the universe is too vast for me to
comprehend. So there are godmasks that I turn to for understanding, guidence,
and strength when mine is not enough. I know that these godmasks are only
representations and gateways to Divinity, not Divinity
themselves.
Here's where it gets a little complicated. I recognize that much of the universe around me has male and female principles (that is a simplification, but it will do for our purposes here), so it is with the dieties that I recognize. Actually, it's more of a mutual thing, they recognize me and I recognize them. There are several "sets," and they seem to shift idenities from time to time. For my own convenience, I use the terms "Lord" and "Lady, " unless I need to address a specific aspect of Divinity. That is when I will get specific with which Names I invoke. I also follow a little bit of a shaman path, that has been where most of my focus has been lately. Terms here are even more inexact. There I have three totems, allies if you will, who help me. I share part of their world, and they share part of mine. Sometimes more than I am comfortable with.

Pagan philosopher, libertarian, and part-time trouble maker, NeoWayland looks at keeping truths alive despite a wash of nonsense. But don't be surprised when he's doing the "nekkid Pagan guy" thing.
