Rainy dayBreak from the normal
It's been raining off and on since last night.
Mostly on, and fairly hard.
Now I could give you a long song and dance about how desert dwellers react to rain and how it's a gift of water like very little that you have known before. Instead, I'll just tell you that rain doesn't happen very often here and I like the rain. I like the feel of it on my skin. I like how it tickles my nose with smells I never smell in dry air. I like how the lightning lights up half the sky. I like how the hairs on my arms tingle. Yep, I'm a weather junkie and this is my fix. About the only think I don't like about it is that it gets big ole spots on my glasses (I left my Palm inside). Another thing I really like about rainy days is that I can go inside, peal off the wet clothes, and wrap myself in a beach towel while I dry off, but I can still watch the rain through the windows. Yep, it's even worth opening the curtains.

Pagan philosopher, libertarian, and part-time trouble maker, NeoWayland looks at keeping truths alive despite a wash of nonsense. But don't be surprised when he's doing the "nekkid Pagan guy" thing.
